The unofficial language + Come with me to do this?

(shorts, tank)
I got to run with my French Friends yesterday, and it hit me—> running really is the unofficial language of the world. You can be on a trail in Utah or a street in Tokyo, and someone, somewhere, is out there questioning their life choices mid-tempo too;). The struggles and the joys that come with it are universal.
Ester had to get one of the tanks that we are loving, and she rated it a 10/10.

Ulysse is training for his first marathon this fall, and I had him try a gel (his first)! I preached my strong beliefs about taking your first gel at mile 4 in the marathon and then another every 4 miles until the end.

He’s running the Grand Raid de Camargue Marathon–> It costs 48 euros, is held in Southern France, and you run by a bunch of flamingos… Should we all go and run the race as well?

We then took them to the grocery store, and they were amazed at how large everything is here.

Donuts and spinach/chard/kale smoothies–> balance.

Another trip to the grocery store for dinner supplies…

She hasn’t napped on me in quite some time:

These two challenged each other to see who could sit or stand on the Legos for the longest amount of time. I don’t understand.

Andrew insisted that our friends try Fry Sauce.

We also had to feed them their first s’mores.

They are the best!

Heidi shared her gorgeous sunrise at Round Valley with us!

Christa sent her stunning sunset run picture (no filters!) at Jarvis Creek Park on Hilton Head Island!

Emmanuelle’s breathtaking sunrise trail run to the summit of Mont Saint Honorat in France!

Please continue to share your sunrise or sunset run photos. They mean a lot to me. They offer so much hope and peace!
