Silentish Saturday and a big day!

I haven’t done this in a bit…

Showed up in the same top (circa lululemon like 7 years ago).

We started at Hope Campground in Provo Canyon and took the dirt road all the way to Hobble Creek Canyon, covering 20 miles of perfection.

Snack breaks.

Eye candy.

More snack breaks.

My happy place.

20 miles + 2,500 ft of climbing @ 9:11 pace.

We were thankful that the only animals we saw were cows, as we were in bear territory.

My cute parents came over.

PS time for a tangent–> these leggings make every run feel like a win. The fit is snug in all of the right places, they don’t slip down, and the fabric is buttery soft but still supportive. Honestly, it feels like they were made with runners in mind… zero distractions, just pure comfort and performance.

Somehow, this little guy is 13 today! Knox is everyone’s best friend. He makes everyone he meets feel like a million bucks. He is always up for an adventure and includes everyone around him in on his adventures. His sense of humor is the best, we have the best conversations, and he is doing so well in football. I feel incredibly lucky to be in his life and to get to learn from him. I tell him often that I want to be like him when I grow up. Now to celebrate!

If you have a moment, tell Knox happy birthday, and I’ll show him the comments!
