Thank goodness, Jenisy came with me yesterday because I would have quit at mile 1… She helped me hit 10 miles @ 8:52 average with 1,600ft of climbing.
We heard a bunch of coyotes but thankfully never saw them.
For the first time in my running history, my hamstrings aren’t crazy tight thanks to being consistent with yoga… this one was a short good one.
A double dog leash for the win.
We may or may not have had ice cream sandwiches before 10 am.
