Things I think make life a little better part w/ Stanley 1913:

Today’s post is sponsored by Stanley 1913! Mother’s Day is on May 11th this year, and I can’t think of a better gift for any sporty moms out there trying to stay hydrated than a Stanley! The Oasis Collection colorways (only at DICK’S Sporting Goods) have launched today, just in time to get them for the women in your life you want to celebrate (yourself included:). The Quencher ProTour Flip Straw Tumbler 40 oz & 30 oz are my current favorites. I cannot express adequately how much I love the new flip straws! Sip, snap it shut (it’s leakproof!), throw it in your bag, or put it in your car cupholder, and you are good to go.

My absolute favorite thing about these tumblers is that they are made with double-wall vacuum insulation, keeping my drinks perfectly cold for hours. After living without ice for two weeks in Europe, I’m even more grateful for the joy it brings me (can you handle my round ice cubes… I bought a mold for them). I tried to seek to understand how others could live without ice, but I could not;) Nothing helps me stay hydrated more throughout the day than having a cold drink right next to me, which is Stanley 1913’s expertise.

It’s time to chat about some things that I believe can make our days a bit brighter. Part 1 on this topic is HERE.
*I’ve made a list of things I do before ever looking at a screen in the morning: I write with a pen (small journal entry or gratitude list… writing with a pen just does something for my brain), I make my bed, I tell myself something nice, get ready for whatever workout I have that day, and I drink electrolytes from Stanley’s Quencher ProTour Flip Straw Tumbler 30 oz.

*Mel Robins talks about how people who plan and/or prep their meals in advance have lower stress levels, and how doing this can help our mental health (this episode). She talks about how you don’t have to go overboard and plan the perfect week of meals, but even planning or prepping as little as one meal a week can make a difference in your life. In addition to this, the nutrition in Switzerland (and my friend Sarah; she eats such beautifully vibrant colors each day) has inspired me to up my nutrition, planning, and prep game. I think this is what I love most about traveling; it inspires me to grow and progress in so many different ways. This Strawberry Crunch Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette is everything for me right now with my Stanley Quencher ProTour Flip Straw Tumbler 40 oz setup right next to me.

*In addition to the above prep/plan, I find that if I can eat a meal outside, my day instantly feels elevated. This Mediterranean Power Salad is now a new favorite for me, too.

*Print your favorite photos and put them around your house. I procrastinate doing this, but such a simple thing always brings me so much joy because I rarely look back on pictures on my phone but when printed out and around my house, I see them daily.

*You can rest, and you should. You are allowed to rest. You don’t have to earn it by doing x amount of things first; we were designed to take rest breaks. If someone judges you for allowing yourself to rest, know that they are probably stuck on the rat wheel of always being busy and wishing they could give themselves time to rejuvenate. Give yourself time to put your feet up, read the book you’ve been dying to read, or get to know the back of your eyelids better.

*Remind yourself that autopilot is for cars and planes, not for humans. Snap yourself out of it when you find yourself living in autopilot.
*Chocolate once a day. I don’t want to live any other way. I tried these in France and now I cannot live without them.

You are going to want to check out the entire Stanley 1913’s Oasis Collection online or in-store at DICK’S Sporting Goods. The new colorways are so good, and the leakproof Quencher ProTour is their best version yet.

Could you or do you live without ice in your life?
I feel like this question is only a yes or no; there is no sometimes for people to prove me wrong. Do you wear socks to bed?
Anyone else have a piece of chocolate every day?
