Happy Friday! I told you I’m trying something new, and 24 hours later, I’m still sticking to it. I’m not injured, and I didn’t run yesterday and did strength training in my slippers instead. Operation ‘up the speed/strength and lower the miles’ is underway. PS huge Rothy’s fan.
We dropped off the older three at school, and Andrew, Beck, and I were invited by our friend Kelsey (friends since college!) to go boating with them.

*I’ve had these amazon racerback tanks for years (I even raced Boston in one and loved it) and love this new yellow. Such a great price, washes so well, and comes in so many fun colors.
*I’m embarrassed to tell you how quickly I finished this book. Okay, I will. In less than 24 hours, haha. I really enjoyed it and found it very different than most CV books. I wouldn’t say it’s in my top 20 books ever, but it was one that I had to get answers for and forgot about the real world while I was reading it…
*I have your new favorite running song… I don’t think it’s possible not to pick up the pace when this song comes on.
*This sweat set is 10/10. I’m not sure how I’ve ever survived a fall or winter before owning the top and bottoms. I’m craving them when I’m not wearing them. Plus, they are 40% off!
