(bra, shorts.. all on sale!)
Skipped the running part of my morning and did yoga and strength training instead. I’m going to be so sore this morning.
Yesterday, was a holiday in Utah (Pioneer Day) and so our church group had a big breakfast for everyone.
They cooked up a massive breakfast, and I am pretty impressed by the fluffiness of their pancakes.
The joy and happiness that comes from everyone being full with a delicious meal without having to clean my kitchen afterwards. Priceless.
You know you do a lot of yoga when your 4 year old pulls out a down dog on the grass at a concert.
There was plenty of dancing last night…
And Andrew joined us the second he could from work.
Fireworks and another midnight bedtime. We will sleep again someday.

*I saw a package on my counter yesterday morning that Andrew had brought in and had no idea what it was… I opened it to find my niece had be-dazzled one of my absolute favorite books. I cried; it meant so much to me. She is 13, and we have the best book discussions. She is beyond thoughtful. *I finally got my hands on the TJ’s milk chocolate-covered gummy bears, and they are just as good as I imagined. Additionally, the bag of gummy candy will accompany me on my trail race, along with gels.
