Sentence Per Picture! – The Hungry Runner Girl

8 miles with hills (I like to tell myself that hills build character) @ 8:42 pace.

My biggest tips for climbing hills is to shorten your stride, lean slightly forward from the ankles (not the waist), and focus on a steady rhythm rather than speed-> it is all about efficiency.

The Hurricanes were just what I needed the day after doing a 4 x 2-mile workout… My body needed all of the comfort possible.

Trying to stay consistent.

One bite pizza, one bite ice cream, repeat for Beck.

ALERT –> Costco currently has these adorable cardigans in green, black, and the color shown below for $14.99 each, and they are incredibly warm and comfy.

These are also at at Costco right now, and I feel as though they will save my life this winter.

Went out for a little ride to find some goats…

I love Diet Dr. Pepper with every cell in my body… I was told that this is comparable and that I needed to try it… My verdict= absolutely delicious but still second to DDP.

This Vegetable Soup for din din with garlic bread on the side (not in our top #10 as far as soups go, but it was a delicious way to get in a ton of veggies we had waiting to be eaten).

Please tell me if you are an evening runner how you do it… I prefer to be horizontal all evening.
