Silentish Saturday!

(tank, shorts)
When the run starts with a broken hair rubber band, you get a little nervous about how things are going to go…

I love my Adizero 4s with all my heart, but the rocks getting stuck drives me nuts.

The prettiest scenery along the way.

Jenisy’s salt exploded in her bag and we all took some from her, which then made me feel like a new human at mile 12… I MUST remember to take salt tablets on my runs. They make a world of difference in how I feel.

18 miles @ 7:43 pace! 9 miles up the canyon to the Trefoil sign…

And 9 miles down the cayon (with 8 the goal of-> 7:45, 6:45, 7:30, 6:30, 7:15, 6:15, 7:00, 6:00 which we did pretty much right on).

Came home to these two.

After school, we returned to a spot I had seen on the run (South Fork Park for Utahns).

I had to show it to everyone.

They are always up for an adventure.

I spent my wild and crazy Friday night cleaning out the pantry because it was full of empty boxes and bags;)
