Andrew sent me this… pretty cool to see what muscles are being used for each part of the revolution.
I did this full-body strength workout by Rad, which was SO good. I’m going to be sore for a bit.
I listen to books while I ride or do strength training… Yesterday, I finished Salt to the Sea, and it was incredible. I knew nothing about this ship sinking in 1945 with over 10,000 people on it.
Now I’m starting this one (what would I do without Libby?!):

My sister gives us these coupon cards every year… it made the trampoline park free.
Braver than me:
Basically, a date because we got to chat for two hours on the couch watching.
And free ice cream cones thanks to the coupons afterward.
