Seen on my runs in Europe:

Recovering from jetlag over here and I feel like my world is flipped upside down. Any tips or tricks besides falling asleep every hour on the couch for a few minutes and then being awake all night? Let’s get into things I saw on the run in Europe:
*I saw runners running right next to the river to avoid the cobblestone in Paris, so I tried it. I felt like I was really living on the edge…
*The runners in Paris were even fashionable. I had never seen anyone run in a knit sweater until my Paris run. I was obsessed.

*Utah, you need mini gyms along running paths. Please. I love this idea.

*So many colors!

*I think we all need a top that says, “Don’t Mess With My Run.”

*Look who is taking running photos now?

*My new favorite running scene:

*My first time running along the Meditteranean Sea.

*I loved this bridge in Marseille.

*The Île d’If from Count of Monte Cristo!

*A stop mid-run at a boulangerie.

*Dogs with sweaters…

*I accidentally added my watch to the washing machine in Colmar, and it survived. It even tracked its journey in my splits…

*The most beautiful water fountain after climbing for 2,000 ft on our trail run.

*The Swiss Alps from a bench next to the lake mid-run:

*Running on cobblestone is quite the challenge.

*I ran out of clean running socks…
