My pledge to you + 12 Things to discuss.

*It’s quite amazing how this little band can cause so much soreness. I used this reel to guide me with the band yesterday. Those banded wall sit abductions had me dying.
*I also climbed 300 floors on the stair climber. That will transfer over to me being able to survive my 31k, right?

*I’ve started a new tradition around here known as Waffle Wednesday. The kids are all on board.

*French braids the night before with wet hair = I love how it looks in the morning.

*Brooke’s grandma sent me a picture of the running path yesterday I will get to enjoy while we are staying with them.

*When one of the cute dads on Love is Blind made Andrew tear up… We might be a little too invested in this show. PS Andrew said I could post this picture.

*Can Harry Styles do a guest post for us on how to run such an evenly paced marathon? Did anyone run Tokyo this year? I would LOVE to hear about it. The Tokyo Marathon is a dream race for me!

*I finished The Grace Year yesterday, and I am really sad that it is over. From Goodreads: “Sixteen-year-old Tierney James dreams of a better life—a society that doesn’t pit friend against friend or woman against woman, but as her own grace year draws near, she quickly realizes that it’s not just the brutal elements they must fear. It’s not even the poachers in the woods, men who are waiting for a chance to grab one of the girls in order to make a fortune on the black market. Their greatest threat may very well be each other.” IT WAS SO GOOD. Any other books from Kim Liggett that I should read?
*I’m starting this one now per my SIL’s recommendation!

*We finished shopping for Andrew’s birthday. I cannot be a last second gifts kind of person… I would have 15 ulcers if I waited.

*I’m putting together a post of all of our current favorite dinner recipes for while we are in France. I realized the other day, that preparing all of my posts could be something that I let AI do… And that made me feel so weird inside. Here is my pledge that I will never ever use AI to write a blog post. I want to hear from and read about real people. Plus, could AI even replicate my grammar and spelling errors? I think not. PS my kids live for Panda Express and they love it when I make it from home except for the fact that I don’t have forturne cookies… until now.

*My sweet parents came over and puzzled with Beck.
