Let’s catch up + Friday Favorites!

I may complain about jet lag, but I’ve been getting more things done before 9 am this week than I usually do in a whole week.
Spring is here and I couldn’t be happier about it. TJ’s with Beck is always an adventure.

When I asked Beck what the #1 thing was that he missed while we were on our trip, he said it was pumpkin bread. The things I missed the most (besides people) were: ice, diet dr. pepper, my car, smokeless air (in France, I took ibuprofen every day because cigarette smoke gives me the worst headaches), dryers, Mexican food, my blanket, and free public restrooms. My list of what I am missing from over there is much longer.

Skye is back at her run club and got in a speed workout.

Skye got this shirt from Sarah and Rocky in Switzerland and amen to ‘comfort is a slow death.’

We are trying our best to help Beck adjust back home with plenty of crepes… I could live off of the below image.

BeReal caught me during a trail run the other day. I don’t think I have ever breathed as hard on the trails as I did this day… I’m motivated to get trail fit for my race in August.

Now for this week’s favorite things.
*Sarah taught me that Legami pens >>>> all other pens. These will make you want to write and write (and your kids, too), plus, they are erasable! They would be perfect for Easter baskets!

*He’s getting very close to finishing his masters and being done with school for good while I am busy searching classes that I can start taking at BYU. Time to flip flop?

*I’m voting the On Clouds that I wore all over Europe (20k steps a day for most days!) to be the perfect travel shoes. They matched with everything and my feet never once felt anything but comfort.
*I have never had a better chocolate bar in my life. I thought fruit mixed in would be awful but at the age of 39, I found something new that I will never live without again.

*Brooke and I both decided the lululemon backpacks to be the best backpacks for traveling. I have this one and Brooke has this one. Also, my sanity would not have handled all of the traveling with so many kids in so many different areas without these and these packing cubes. We were still organized by the end because of them!

*I’m already on my second listen of this one. It’s amazing how two words can truly feel life-changing.

*Sephora is up to 30% off until 4/14 with the code SAVEMORE and my must-haves are here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, and here.
