Canadian masters runner Stuart Galloway on five decades of running well

In the latest episode of The Shakeout Podcast, Canadian marathoner and age group record holder Stuart Galloway joins the show to discuss his longevity in the sport, including extending his impressive five-decade streak of sub-three-hour marathons.

With his sights now set on shorter distances for the 2025 season, we discuss Galloway’s approach to training and how he’s managed to stay competitive year after year. We also dive into what it was like coaching one of Canada’s greatest distance runners, Moh Ahmed, as a high schooler with the Niagara Olympic Club.
